Magazine Street

The Building at 103 Magazine Street was is disrepair and all of the beautiful, original features had been cheaply covered with siding. The railroad apartments were still cold flats. At ground level, the commercial space, lay locked up and full of trash. M & M Development brought out the buildings original beauty by restoring the cornice and siding and converting the dreary apartments into five modern affordable apartments, the commercial space became the M&M Development Headquarters.
